Sauna Culture
First Time in a Sauna?
Don't worry — termy is a space for everyone. Below are a few basic rules to make your first visit special.
Acclimatization time
We recommend starting with a lower temperature sauna and gradually moving to warmer ones. A typical session lasts 8–15 minutes.
Cooling down between sessions
After each session, take a cold shower or enter a hardening pool. This is the key to health benefits and true relaxation.
Breathing and peace
In the sauna, breathe calmly through your nose. Silence and focus on the body are the essence of sauna tradition — respect the peace of others.
Hydration
Drink water regularly before, during, and after your visit. A water station is available in the thermal zone at no extra charge.
